Top 5 Jobs For Form Four Leavers In Kenya Today

So you were not able to go to college or university no matter the reason this should not deter you from succeeding in life. There are great jobs for form four leavers available in Kenya that you can do in order to improve your life.

Most people however, give up because most jobs advertised require a higher education however there are those industries that do not have this as a requirement. So what are some of the jobs you can get with a high school certificate?

Here Are Some Examples Of Jobs For Form Four Leavers

1. Driver jobs

Almost all of the advertised driver jobs in Kenya do not require a diploma or degree. They just need one to have a high school certificate as well as a drivers licence and some years of experience.

You can get driver jobs in almost all companies be it an NGO, government organisation or private company.

2. Field Interviewers

This  job involves doing a lot of research and data collection basically survey for organisations. You can get these jobs in both the public sector and private sector as well as in NGO’s.

The minimum qualification for the job is always a secondary school certificate.

3. Customer Service

With only a form four certificate, you can get a job as a Call Centre interviewer, contact centre agent or a customer agent all in the customer service profession.

This is a job that involves handling queries of clients and offering solutions to them through constant communication.

With only a high school certificate and a minimum typing speed, you can be a customer care professional.

4. Sales Representative Jobs

Are you really good with people and feel like you can be able to sell products to strangers? Then this is the perfect job for you. The minimum requirement for a sales job is a form four certificate with a mean grade of C or even less depending on the company.

Most sales jobs are however not salaried or have low salaries because there is commission. For you to succeed at this job however you need to be aggressive and hard working. Sales representatives earn a lot of money form commission depending on what products they sell.

5. Cabin Crew

The minimum education qualifications for a cabin crew job is a high school education. This  job can give you a chance to travel the world and explore different cultures.

Most airlines offer on the job training which is why there is no previous experience required. You just have to be above 21 years.

The only drawback is that when it comes to a career in as a flight attendant, a lot of emphases is put on your looks.

A cabin crew attendant earns as much as $1500 per month which is equivalent to Ksh 135,000 depending on the airline you are working for. Not bad for a job that has no professional requirements.

Therefore, not being able to go to university should not be an excuse not to succeed. There are many opportunities out there you just have to be willing and hard working.
