6 Kind of People You MUST Have For A Fulfilling & Healthy Life

In this world you cannot afford to live as an island, you need to have a support system, that system should  include people who will mentor and guide you through life and people who can give sound advice when you need some.

Here is the category of people you must have for a fulfilling and healthy life.

1. Role model

Everyone should have one of this; they are people we look up to because they have some characteristic and features that we would like to emulate from them. They could be role models career wise or in life in general, by closely following steps they have taken to succeeded in their lives we are able to use them as learning lessons thus improving our lives. Such include successful businessmen, sports figures and even our own parents.

2. A man of wisdom.

It might not be an easy job to identify who a wise person is, but if by chance you meet a person who has the ability to give good advice which you would really take into consideration or follow then keep the person close and don’t let them go. Such people can be found in our places of worship or even in our extended families like older aunties and uncles.

3. Good listener.

This may come in form of our best friends; people we can talk to when we are faced with problems. Most times we just want somebody to listen to our problems, we are not looking for opinions, but to vent out and not be judged and that’s why our friends are fit for this role. As the saying goes a problem shared is half solved which leaves you with a healthier life.

4. A person who encourages.

These are people who are ready to push us forward even when we feel like we can’t do it, reach our goals and also fight for our dreams. People who are there for us when we feel discouraged, when for example we have looked for jobs everywhere and it seems like we can’t get any. They are there to remind us not to give up.

5. People whom you have common goals and career with.

This is very important especially if you want your career to move forward. Many people have made the mistake of not having people to network within their career which either made them not get the jobs they aspired to get or they got stuck as they have no one to advice them or give them contacts once they need to grow career wise. Having people with whom you share common goals helps you keep focused as they act as a reminder of what you are aiming for.

6. The big brother.

This is a person who is supposed to watch over you. It is a very nice feeling to know that someone will protect you as if your elder brother and you can always have a sincere conversation with them about life’s problems and in the process they help in solving some of them.

If you want to live a healthy life, you now have a challenge to identify these people and introduce them in your life. What do you think?
